About pH Factor
pH Factor started in 2010 with Don Pearce on Piano and Bob Hougham on Trumpet, playing Jazz and Easy Listening music.
We then added Bass and Drums to form a quartet. The three rhythm players, Don on Piano; Erik Swanson on Bass, and Jake Pearce on Drums are in the Education field, and Bob (on Trumpet and Flugelhorn) plays with two community Orchestras.
Having the Summers free from Education duties gives us the chance to play great jazz music at pubs, wineries, and even a band camp.
In 2017, we added Vocalist Nate Brown to broaden our stylings.
We have a ball playing together and we hope you enjoy us as well!
